I thought that when I was drawing it. I fixed his lips a few times, I think it’s around that area that’s the problem, that or the beard/stubble he has. Maybe next time I draw a realistic face it’ll be better!

I used CastleArts Seascape pencils for most of my drawings, but recently I’ve been using a Staedtler 72 colour set in combination. The sky was done with ink though.

Thanks by the way! I honestly thought this one would’ve done better too. At least it’s doing ok on Deviantart.
